Drosera venusta

Drosera venusta is a compact, South African carnivorous plant that forms a dense, ground-hugging rosette of wedge-shaped leaves reaching up to 2 inches across. Under bright light, its hairy, dew-covered traps turn a deep reddish-purple, and it regularly produces unusually large, vibrant magenta flowers on tall stalks.
