Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below is our shipping policy, which covers everything you need to know about shipping times, costs, and plant shipping details.

Shipping Days & Timeline

Shipping Schedule: We ship orders Monday-Wednesday to ensure timely delivery during the week.
Processing Time: Orders are typically shipped within up to 2 weeks after the order is placed. Please note that processing time may vary based on the size and type of plants in your order.

Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: Shipping is $15 for all plant orders, with a Live Arrival Guarantee.
Free Shipping: Orders over $99 will ship free of charge.
Un-Potted Orders Over $99: Please note that orders over $99 will ship un-potted.
Media Shipping: Media ships at an economy rate of $11.

Shipping of Plants

Plant Sizes & Potting:
- X-Small and Small plants will ship potted.
- Medium and Larger plants will ship un-potted.
- If your order is $99 or more, all plants will ship un-potted, regardless of size.

Holding Orders

We can hold orders for up to 2 weeks if you're not ready to receive them immediately.
After 2 weeks, a 10% charge of the total order value will be applied for each additional week of holding.
Orders that remain unshipped after 4 weeks will be refunded.

Live Arrival Guarantee

We take great care in packaging your plants to ensure they arrive safely. However, shipping live plants can be tricky, and sometimes things happen outside of our control (e.g., weather or courier mishandling).

If there are any issues with the condition of your order upon arrival, please reach out to us immediately. We're committed to working with you to resolve the situation and make things right.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
