Nepenthes (veitchii x lowii) x platychila (BE-3920)
From a very large number of clones out of microprop.
The female parent, N. veitchii x lowii, is a remarkable robust plant, which produces huge pitchers which have caught small rats in BE's nurseries, probably because it exudes nectar from the underside of the lid (as the photo of the female parent shows). The male parent is N. platychila with its unrivalled wide flat peristome. The photos shown here are representative and may not be identical to the clones you receive. Photos of both parent species are also shown in this series.
