Random selection from two different clones out of microprop.
The female parent of this release has the cultivar name ‘Queen of Hearts’ and is very probably the most photographed Nepenthes in history, having appeared on many of our gold medal winning Chelsea Flower show exhibits. The male parent is a classic pure green form of N. reinwardtiana, with the BE collection ID 1508. The photos shown here are of one of the two clones in this mix, the appearance of the other clone is not yet known. We are finding this cross to be extremely robust.
